KF is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Business Coach. On top of this, he has been focusing in his research of BYOS (Build-Your-Own-System), an action-science approach to facilitate knowledge management and digital transformation. Learning & Doing and Experimenting is the essence.
KF has an academic background in electronic engineering, computing and telecommunications, and aftewards followed by post graduate study of e-commerce and knowledge management. He started his career as a service engineer, then moved to marketing, sales and senior management covering HK, China, Taiwan, Philippines and Singapore. He also had experience in R&D, manufacturing, software development and cross-border e-commerce.
